These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at reelsestate.co.uk (the "Website"), which is operated by Reels Estate Group Limited ("Reels Estate", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16686100, with its registered office at 12 Viridis Apartments, London, United Kingdom, SW11 1BZ.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website only. They do not apply to the Reels Estate mobile application, which has not yet launched and which will be governed by separate terms at that time.
2. About Reels Estate
Reels Estate is a video-first property discovery platform currently in pre-launch. The Website provides information about Reels Estate and allows you to join our waitlist to be notified when the platform becomes available.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the Website by, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website.

4. Waitlist signup
If you submit your email address through the waitlist form, you consent to receive pre-launch communications from Reels Estate. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Reels Estate platform when it launches and does not create any contractual obligation on either party beyond this.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and the underlying code (the "Content"), is owned by Reels Estate or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and download Content from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content from the Website without our prior written consent.
The Reels Estate name, logo, and branding used on the Website are owned by Reels Estate Group Limited.
